• Contestant check in: 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P. M.
• Contestant Meeting: 7:00 P. M. in the main arena.

Friday, November 4, 2011

• 6:00 A. M. Course patterns will be posted in the warm up arena
• 7:00 A.M. EXCA World Championship competition begins
• 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. Craig Cameron American Horsemanship Demonstration
• 10:00 A.M. Competition resumes
• Building closes at the conclusion of the first round of competition
• Course will be set for the next day

Saturday, November 5, 2011

• 6:00 A.M. Course patterns will be posted in the warm up arena
• 7:00 A.M. EXCA World Championship competition begins
• 9:00 A.M. – 10:A.M. Craig Cameron American Horsemanship Demonstration (time permitting)
• 10:00 A.M. Competition resumes
• Building closes at the conclusion of the second round of competition
• Course will be set for the next day

Sunday, November 6, 2011

• 7:00 A.M. Cowboy Church
• 8:00 A.M. Course patterns will be posted in the warm up arena
• 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 A. M. Craig Cameron American Horsemanship Demonstration (time permitting)
• 10:00 A.M. Final Round of competition begins
• Awards presentation at the conclusion of the EXCA World Championship competition
• Building closes at the conclusion of the EXCA World Championship Awards Presentation
